Garden Room Farm Table in May

This time of year in late Spring, we just don't know what each day's weather will bring. Even the weather forecasters aren't sure. One day it's sunny and 80, the next day it pours rain all day and is in the 60's. I took these pics in April and wanted to get a few more of the Garden Room this last week, but I decided to just go ahead and share them before tulip-time was over.

My minty-green vintage watering can is my go-to for late spring,
and it's corralled here in my old crate with an ivy in a vintage matte pottery flower pot.

I like to add in a vintage linen tea towel for a bit of color and pattern.
As you'll see I changed them out a bit looking for just the right one.

It's really hard to find old kitchen linens that are still in good shape.
So many have holes or the embroidery is disintegrating.
I don't use them any longer, I just like to display them.

After some tweaking, I thought I'd try out the vintage "cottage" towel.
This is one of my favorite little vintage textile pieces.

I love keeping this farm table vignette changed up each month.
We're still having tulips here in our area right now,
but soon the old bucket will be filled with hydrangeas,
daisies or a mix of summer florals.

I shared my Buffalo Check pillows in this post.
I just love this shade of green this time of year.

I don't think of Mr. Bunns as an "Easter" bunny,
so he's still here and is watching over the grouping
of plants here on the console/sofa table.
Maybe he's deciding which to nibble on next.

Here's the post from last year's May Garden Room.

Did you catch my last post?

Please come back this Saturday when a group is getting together
to share how we use cabinets and hutches in our decor.
I bet you can just imagine where this will be heading with me.

I hope you all are doing well,

We hope you'll come by on Monday evenings for the link party.
