Water Decals
Hello, just a quick post as I'm looking after my granddaughter later today. Plus as I've done a fair few reviews on Milvart full nail water decals, you will know the application method by now. The majority of these decals need to be placed over a white base, which makes the colours pop, and super quick any easy to do a quick yet stunning mani. I have placed these decals over polish that has completely dried, as well as polish that has been freshly painted and on had about 20 mins drying time.
