My Experience with Garnier SkinActive Hydra Bomb Tissue Mask – Sakura Glow-Boosting:

Let’s start with Sakura. Sakura is also known as “cherry blossom” in Japanese. Sakura extract is known to have potent bioactive compounds, which benefit the skin and it also helps in stimulation of fibroblast collagen production, moisturizing, whitening and provides other beautifying and anti-ageing benefits. Now, that’s a lot of goodness in a face mask.

Garnier SkinActive Hydra Bomb Tissue Mask Sakura Glow Boosting Review Packaging

The mask also contains hyaluronic acid, which we know that it is present in almost all face products now a days. It also helps in collagen production and the mask ingredients cannot get better.

The Garnier Skin Active Hydra Bomb Tissue Mask comes in a relatively big packaging. The packaging is really good, well-sealed and protected. The mask inside has 2 layers; one white and one blue. They both are attached to each other. The mask feels very slimy and wet. I was kind of worried when I pulled out the mask from the packet that it might tear off. But no, it came out in one piece and was sturdy.

Garnier SkinActive Hydra Bomb Tissue Mask Sakura Glow Boosting Review Usage Instructions

The usage instructions mentioned on the backside of the packaging is good enough to follow. The white sheet and blue sheet are aligned to each other and are sticked together. One has to apply it together with blue sheet on top. The blue sheet is to help place the white tissue in place and adjust around the creases. Once the mask is in place, you can peel off the blue layer. So, with this only the soft white mask is on face. The blue sheet is little hard and I prefer to remove it as soon as I apply the mask.

The mask feels quite cold especially during winter months. It would be best to use on any warm day. It feels very soothing and relaxing on the skin.

Garnier SkinActive Hydra Bomb Tissue Mask Sakura Glow Boosting Review Mask

The mask was large enough to cover my face and at some places it was more than enough. So, it will fit all kinds and shapes of face. The mask stings a little only for the initial few minutes, but it settles down after a while. It is recommended to leave the mask for 15 minutes. But, I left mine for 30 minutes, since the mask felt very moist even after 15 minutes and I wanted my skin to absorb as much as possible. I hate wasting the product.

The mask sticks very well and one can walk around with the mask on. There is no worry of it falling off. Even after 30 minutes, there was a lot of serum left in the mask. I removed the mask and left the wet serum sticking to my face to dry by itself.

My face skin glowed and looked brighter. My pores also reduced in size. But, my skin felt very sticky. I prefer to use it in the evening before going to bed. I also prefer not to wash my face and sleep over it so that, my skin gets the best benefits of the serum. The fresh and smooth face results lasted for 2 days or so. Thankfully, it did not cause any skin irritation or breakout to my sensitive skin. Overall, it was fun using this mask and the results were good.
