Welp, we're pretty sure those Miley Cyrus and Stella Maxwell dating rumors are true. The twerking singer was totally caught making out with the Victoria's Secret model in Los Angeles the other night, and let's just say...they didn't keep things PG-13.On Tuesday, June 30. Miles and Stella reportedly saw that there were photographers shooting them, and TMZ reports that the couple seemed to kiss to make a point. There have been rumors of a romance between the two, but nothing has been confirmed.
